Neon Oblivion

Neon Oblivion was the first game I composed a soundtrack for. In the spring of 2021, my freshman year as an undergraduate student, I collaborated with the senior Capstone project of Bradley University’s game design department.

In this game, you play as a character whose powers have been stolen by an evil wizard. Hiding somewhere in his castle, the player completes levels in various rooms of the castle hunting down this wizard in hopes to restore their powers. The player wields grappling-like technology to swing themself around each level.

Like the game’s image may suggest, the desired soundtrack was an 80’s vaporware/Lo-Fi sound.
